Whitelisting a customer means reinstating their details. This indicates that the customer was previously blacklisted, and after further investigation, it was confirmed that the blacklisting was either done in error or that the reason for blacklisting has been resolved.
Please note that a customer must first be blacklisted for their name to appear on the Blacklist page, where they can then be whitelisted.
Steps to whitelist a customer on the Mono Dashboard
To whitelist a customer, log into your Mono dashboard, then navigate to Prove on your sidebar.
Click on Blacklist (This will display a list of all the customers you have blacklisted).
Navigate to the customer or use the search bar to search for the customer you want to whitelist and click on the three dots, as shown below.
Then, click on Whitelist User.
A green modal will pop up at the top right corner of your page, indicating that the customer has been successfully whitelisted.
