This article is for Diamond bank users who do not have login details for the Access More app.
To connect your Access(Diamond) account to Mono's services kindly carry out the following steps:
Click on Forgot Credentials? > select Retrieve Username and fill in your account number and registered phone number. Your username will then be sent to your registered phone number.
Next click on Forgot Credentials? > select Reset Password and enter your account number and the username that was sent to your registered phone number.
A temporary password will be sent to your phone number. Enter this in the required area along with your new password and confirm the new password.
Once you've successfully changed your username and password, on the statement page select Access Bank and use those details to log in and securely share your bank statement with the institution requesting for it.
