Wallet balances will be used only once to offset all or part of your new subscription once you add a card.

If your wallet balance has an amount that is higher than the price of your chosen subscription plan; e.g if your wallet balance is 150,000 and you choose the Starter plan which costs N50,000, you can do one of the following after your subscription is paid for:

a) Use the balance on your wallet to subscribe to an add-on that works for your business. Some add-ons include Data Sync, and Lookup services like CAC, BVN, etc.

b) Pay for a quarterly subscription: If you do not plan to use the rest of your wallet balance on an add-on, you can make your subscription a quarterly one. In the example above, you use your N150,000 wallet balance to pay for a quarterly (3-month) subscription to the Starter plan.
