If you haven’t added a webhook URL to your App on the Mono Dashboard, this may be the reason why you don’t receive webhooks.

If you haven’t done this, navigate to the App tab on your Mono dashboard, select the preferred App, and then click the ‘Add webhook’ button to add your webhook URL.
