NB: Please follow the steps in this article to learn How to request for Lookup.

1. To get started, log in to the Mono dashboard and navigate to the Lookup tab on the sidebar.
​

2. Select the specific Lookup app at the top-right corner of the screen.
​
​

3. Choose the Lookup type, i.e., CAC, Account, or 360-view, and select "Initiate Lookup".
​
​

4. Select the specific data type: CAC, Account, or 360-view.
For CAC, select the scope: Basic Lookup (Business details only) or Full Lookup (Business + Shareholder details) and initiate Lookup.

For Account, select the bank, input the account number, and initiate Lookup.
​
​

For 360-view, input the BVN or Phone number and initiate Lookup.
​
​

NB: BVN Lookup is not available on the dashboard. However, the results of BVN Lookup API calls made using the API documentation will be displayed on the dashboard for your convenience.
