Mono

Here's a simple guide on how to make payments using Mono.

On the payment page of the app or website you're using, click on the button or prompt asking you to pay using Mono.

You will be redirected to the modal that tells you that this process is secured and that your credentials are private and protected. To proceed, click on "Pay with Mono" button.

A list of available banks will be displayed. You can choose the type of bank account, whether "Personal" or "Business and then, choose the preferred bank you'd like to make your payment with.

On the next page, select the login method you want to use, this could be either Mobile banking, Internet banking, PayID or Account number. Then, you enter the banking credentials required as displayed on the screen.<br>​ 

Selecting the Pay with Kuda PayID here, you have to input your phone number credentials. Then Click on Continue.

A pop-up will appear showing you a summary of the amount, what you're paying for, the description, and payment details. Once you've confirmed all details are correct, you can click on "Continue"

You may be required to enter the one-time password (OTP) shared with you via text, email, or phone call depending on the bank you choose. In this case, a generated PayID from your Kuda app is required to complete the payment. 

Once you've entered the PayID, your payment will be processed in seconds. You will get a confirmation page on your screen showing you that the payment was successful.
