To cancel a mandate, log into your Mono dashboard, then navigate to Mandates on your sidebar.

Click on the mandate you would like to cancel.

Click on the "cancel" button at the top right corner of your dashboard.

Your mandate will be cancelled! This means that you won't be able to debit the customer's account until you create a new mandate.
