Yes, but you need to have approved one mandate before another mandate can be set up on your account.

This depends on the authorization method and varies from bank to bank:
For E-Mandates: 1 - 3 minutes (except GTB which currently takes up to 8hrs)
For Signed mandate: 1-3 business days.

This fee is sent directly to NIBSS as a way to verify your account and identity details, and enable authorization of the direct debit mandate on your account.
