Developer accounts on Mono have the option to upgrade to a Business account after they have connected 100 unique financial accounts. This upgrade gives you access to more dashboard features and unlimited connections on Mono.

Here's how to upgrade your developer account to a business account on the Mono Dashboard.

  1. Login to the Mono dashboard and click on the Profile menu on the sidebar.

2. The menu will be expanded to show some options. Click on Settings to continue.

3. On the Settings page, navigate to the Business tab and then click the "Upgrade to business" button at the top.

4. A pop up will appear, enter your company name so the form can be auto-filled with the details attached to the Company name. You should cross check the details before you continue.

5. Next, click the "Request account upgrade" button to upgrade your account.

6. Once you've submitted your account upgrade request, you will be redirected to the homepage of the dashboard to activate your business. Click the "Activate business" button to continue.

7. You will be redirected to the Compliance page to review and sign the Service Level Agreement. Click the "Sign SLA" button to continue the process.

8. On the next page, click the checkbox to signify that you have read and understood the Service Level Agreement. A verification code will be sent to your email address, enter the code in the required field, sign the agreement, and then click the "Sign" button to complete the process.

9. A copy of the signed Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be sent to your email and you will be redirected to the Activate Business page. We will review your request and notify you via email 24 - 48 hours after submission. If your account activation request is successful, your account will be automatically upgraded to a business account on the dashboard.
