If you have created a Developer account on Mono, you will need to activate your account before you can make any API calls.

Here's how to activate your Developer account on Mono in four easy steps.

1. On the dashboard, navigate to the "Compliance" tab, choose the Developer account type and click the arrow to continue.

However, note that when you have successfully connected 100 unique accounts on a Developer account, you will be prompted to upgrade to a Business account. Here's a quick guide on how to upgrade your account from a developer account to a business account.

2. Next, you will be required to provide your personal information and upload some identity documents such as:

  • Country of Incorporation

  • Full address

  • A valid form of identification like an International Passport, Driver's License or Voters Card

3. On the next page, you'll be asked to select your use case and fill in more information about your use case.

4. Then, you will be taken to the next page to review and sign the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Click the "Review SLA" button to view the entire document or copy a link you can share with your team.

5. Once you're done reviewing the SLA, you will be directed to the e-signature service to enter your signature. Once you have, click the "Sign" button and enter the verification code sent to your email to complete the process.

6. Your account will be reviewed and approved within 24 - 48 hours if the details you submitted are correct and valid. You also have the option to edit these details if you want.
