This feature is available only for PDFs generated via statement pages
If the statements retrieved from your customers' bank were unsuccessful, Mono provides you with the ability to regenerate those statements.
To get started, log into the Mono dashboard, navigate to Statements, and from the list of statement pages, select your preferred statement page:
This brings up a list of PDFs collected via that page.
Finally, click the "Action" dropdown button on the customer's statement you'd like to regenerate and select "Regenerate" to regenerate the statement. This will refresh the data sent from their bank and ensure the data is complete and up-to-date.
If "Regenerate" fails, this is most likely due to the following reasons:
Bank network issues
The user has made some changes to their bank account (e.g password change).
The user has Multi-Factor Authentication/Two-Factor Authentication enabled on their account and needs to authenticate the account again.
