There are several reasons why this can happen:
If the payout amount falls below the minimum threshold of 1000 NGN. In this case, it will remain pending and be included in the subsequent payout.
Due to either a downtime from your bank or with our payment processor. In this case, we automatically retry pending payments till they are successful.
