Note: Once you delete a DirectPay page, the page is deleted along with all account and payment information collected with it.

To delete a DirectPay page

1. Click on the Pages tab on the sidebar menu. This page shows all the DirectPay pages you have created.

2. Find the DirectPay page you want to delete and click on the (...) icon on the same row as it. A dropdown with the option to either duplicate or delete the DirectPay page will pop up.

3. Select "delete" to delete the DirectPay page. When you select "Delete", a confirmation page will pop up. Clicking the "Delete page" button deletes the DirectPay page and all the account/payment information collected via the DirectPay page permanently. This action cannot be undone.

To Delete a Payment Plan

1. First, make sure the plan you intend to delete has been unlinked from your already created DirectPay page. You can do this by editing your DirectPay page and selecting another plan. For more information on how to do this, check this guide.

2. Then, navigate to the Plans tab on the sidebar menu. A page will appear showing a list of the Payment plans you've created.

3. Find the Payment plan you want to delete and click on the (...) icon on the same row as it. A drop-down menu will appear with "duplicate" or "delete" as options.

4. Select "delete" to delete the Payment Plan. Once you've selected "delete", a confirmation page will pop up. Clicking the "Delete plan" button permanently deletes the Payment plan and all the account/payment information collected via the DirectPay Page linked to it.

This action cannot be undone.
