You can request access to Mono DirectPay in two ways:
To get started with DirectPay, log into the dashboard and navigate to "Payments" tab on the sidebar.
On the "Payments" page, click the "Request access" button to request access to DirectPay.
Next, a popup will be shown with setup options where you can provide the following information about your business:
Why your business needs DirectPay
Your current customer base
Payment scope
Product Name
Product URL
Once this is done, click the "Request Access" button. When the information you submitted has been successfully reviewed, your business will be activated for DirectPay.
If you do not see the "Payments" tab on the sidebar, follow these step to learn how to request access to DirectPay:
Alternatively, log into the dashboard and navigate to the "More" tab on the sidebar and click on the "Products" button from the dropdown.
On this page, click the "Request access" button to request access to DirectPay.
A popup will be shown with details on DirectPay, click on the "Get Started" button.
Next, a popup will be shown with setup options where you can provide the following information about your business:
Why your business needs DirectPay
Your current customer base
Product Name
Product URL
Once this is done, click the "Request Access" button. When the information you submitted has been successfully reviewed, your business will be activated for DirectPay.
