N.B: From April 1st, card payments will no longer be accepted for subscriptions and wallet top-ups on the dashboard. Instead, payments will be processed through Wallet/Virtual Accounts and Direct Debit. Please ensure your wallet is funded or set up Direct Debit to avoid any service interruptions.
If you're already on any of these subscription plans, i.e., the Starter, Business, Growth, or Premium plans, you won't need to fund your wallet to use the add-ons. Please take a look at our pricing plans for more information.
To fund your Mono wallet, all you need to do is manually transfer to the static virtual account on your dashboard. If you don't already have one, please look through this article as a guide on how to create one.
To locate this static virtual account,
Navigate to your sidebar, search for Wallets.
βClick on the "Wallets" button

Here you will see your recent wallet transactions and your wallet balance. Your virtual account is on the right.
