N.B: If you're already on any of these subscription plans, i.e. the Starter, Business, Growth or Premium plans, you won't need to fund your wallet to use the add-ons. Kindly go through our pricing plans for more information.
To fund your Mono wallet and be able to pay for our add-on services, navigate to the side nav search bar and search for "Wallets"
Click on the "Wallets" button
Here you will see your recent wallet transactions and your wallet balance. Click the "Add Funds" button at the top right corner to fund your Mono wallet.
Enter the amount you would like to top up on your Mono wallet. Ensure that you tick the "No refund policy" checkbox to proceed and then click on the " Make Payment" button.
You can then choose how you would like to make Payment, either through one of your saved cards or other methods. If you select a card, that card will be charged the amount and if you select the Other methods,
You'll be directed to a Flutterwave payment page. On successful payment, you'll be redirected to your dashboard and the wallet balance will be updated.
