Occasionally, you might want to remove a debit card from your Mono account for a number of reasons, such as the card's expiration date or your decision to use another card instead. Here is a quick guide on how to delete a debit card from your Mono account.
1. Log in to your Mono dashboard and navigate to the "More" tab.
2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu, go to "Plans & Billings" and select Billing Settings.
3. Under the "Payment Cards" section, you will see a list of your saved cards. Locate the specific card you want to remove and click on the remove icon next to it.
NB: If you have only one card registered on your account, please note that you would be unable to remove the primary card.
The primary card is set as the default payment method and cannot be deleted or removed from your payment options. However, you can still manage your payment preferences by adding new cards or designating a different card as the primary payment method if needed.
