As you may already know, our Mono Connect subscription plans cover a specific limit/number of unique connected accounts within each billing cycle. This means that you can connect 100, 350, 700, or 1000 unique accounts, depending on your subscription plan.

We have now implemented a system that lets your users connect a unique financial account a maximum of three times within a billing cycle. After these first three connections with the same unique financial account, any further attempts to link that same account will count towards your connected account limit.

How this will work:
In a single month's Mono Connect subscription cycle, your user, Mr. Adebayo Chima Addo, connects his FCMB account to your business to share his financial data. In the following week, he connects this FCMB account again and does so one more time the following week.

These three connections to this unique FCMB account will only count as 1 account within your billing cycle.

However, if Mr. Adebayo Chima Addo connects this same FCMB account again, making it a fourth time, it will count as a new connection on your connected account limit.

This count system ensures that your business does not approach its connection limit too soon or bear any losses in cases where there may be connection issues.
