    No, refunds can only be initiated for successful transactions.

  • How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
    Refunds are processed instantly.

  • Can I initiate a partial refund?

    Yes, you can process a partial or full refund to your customer.

  • Can I refund a bank transfer transaction?

    No, refunds are only possible for mobile banking, internet banking, and Pay with account authentication methods.

  • Can I see who initiated a refund on my team?

  • Am I charged for processing refunds or is it free?
    Partners will be charged 15N per refund; it is not free.
