1. To get started with Direct Debit, log into the Mono dashboard, and navigate to Mandates.
2. Next, click on the "Request access" button to request access to "Mandates".
3. Finally, a popup will be shown with setup options where you can provide the following
information about your business:
Why your business needs Mandate
Your current customer base: 0-1k etc.
Product Name: The name of the application
Product URL: The URL of the application
Once this is done, click the "Request Access" button. When the information you submitted has been successfully reviewed, your business will be activated for Direct Debit within 24-48 working hours.
NB:
Kindly note that to create a mandate and use the Direct debit product, your business has to registered on Mono and you must have access to the DirectPay product.
