How to request access to Mono Direct Debit

Get started with Direct Debit: Learn How to Activate Direct Debit for your business.

To request access to Mono Direct Debit, follow these simple steps below:

1. Log into your Mono dashboard, and navigate to Mandates.

2. Next, click on the "Request access" button to request access to "Mandates".


3. Finally, a popup will be shown with setup options where you can provide the following

information about your business:

  • Why your business needs access to Mandate

  • Your current customer base: 0-1k etc.

  • Product Name: The name of your application

  • Product URL: The URL of the application


Once this is done, click the "Request access" button to submit your activation request. When the information you submitted has been successfully reviewed, your business will be activated for Mono Direct Debit within 24-48 working hours.

NB:
Kindly note that to create a mandate and use the Mono Direct Debit product, your business has to be activated on Mono and you must have access to the Mono DirectPay product.
