When creating an e-mandate or a signed mandate, you have the option to either create a new customer or update an existing customer's details, this includes the customer's BVN, house address, and phone number (the missing detail is specified just below the "Select Customer" box after you have selected the customer).

If you already have an existing customer on your dashboard and need to update their information, you can easily do so by following these steps:
Click on 'Select customer'. From the dropdown, select an existing customer, and click on 'Kindly update this customer'.
βThis will redirect you to the customer's page on your dashboard. Click on the edit button at the top right corner of your page.
βEnter the required details and click on the 'Update customer' button.
βYou're done! You've successfully updated the customer's details.
