Get Started with Mono

This shows a step-by-step onboarding flow for a new business

To ensure a successful onboarding process on the Mono platform, here are the steps to follow for new businesses:

Step 1: Sign up on Mono and verify your email address.

Step 2: Once your email is verified, get started with Mono by filling out your business KYC. Start by selecting the appropriate account type.

Step 3: Select your staff size, Industry, and use case, and provide a detailed explanation of what you are building and how you would integrate Mono's products.


​The industry includes Financial Services, Utilities, Non-profits, Logistics, Hospitality, etc.

Use cases include Payment solutions, Personal finance management, Digital banking, Lending, etc.

Step 4: Fill in the account owner and business information, then submit your activation request.

Step 5: After you have submitted your account activation request on the Mono dashboard, this shows the possible responses you might receive and what each response means.

Step 6: After your business activation request has been approved,

Step 6: You can choose to subscribe to a plan using direct debit or via invoicing (transfer to a designated account number).

Step 9: Navigating the basic settings on the dashboard allows you to:

  • Set up metrics reporting to your email

  • Set up a wallet balance notification

  • Delete or add a new business

    These are some of the things you can do under team management:

  • Change ownership of a business

  • Invite teammates to the Mono dashboard

  • Revoke teammate access to the Mono Dashboard
